Warranties

Our equipment is refurbished both mechanically and cosmetically to manufacturer specifications.  We offer warranties on this equipment designed to meet your specific needs.  Our baseline warranty is  a minimum 90 day parts and labor warranty for all equipment with optional extended warranties.  However, we offer a range of warranty options that find the place where your needs and budget meet.  

Technician Installs

Installation of our whole lab setups is completed by one of our biomedical technicians ensuring professional care of your equipment from our warehouse to your lab. Diagnostics evaluation of our products after shipping and installation ensures that the products are complete and in excellent working condition. We also offer preprogramming of your tissue processing and staining sequences to simplify the start-up of your lab operation.  On sight service by our biomedical technician, validation of each instrument, and removal of all crates and packaging materials reduces the stress of an initial lab setup.     

Technical Support

We have a highly trained technical support staff including an on-staff Histotechnologist and an experienced group of biomedical engineers.  This support staff is available to answer your questions and help resolve issues when using the equipment. In addition, we have the technical experience to anticipate and resolve potential issues with your lab space and lab operation.  Let our know-how and helpfulness serve you.
