Refund Policy

Return Window

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 5 days of delivery may not be approved.

Order Cancellations

Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and approved by MES. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
- The return must be requested and approved in advance.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and - unmodified, and in its original packaging.
- You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted at the discretion of MES and are for credit only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

Approved returns are subject to:
- A 25% restocking fee.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

MES reserves the right to apply additional fees if returned equipment requires inspection, testing, repair, or refurbishment due to customer handling.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at sales@medequipsource.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns must be sent to:
364 Mars Valencia Road, Mars, PA 16046.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. MES will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special-order products
- Personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Any item designated as non-returnable at the time of sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request an approved return and place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds / Credits

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you if the return has been accepted.

Approved returns are issued as account credit only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Credits will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
