Director of Sales
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading and managing the MES sales function to deliver sustainable revenue growth and strong margins across all lines of business (equipment, remanufactured equipment, service, and PM contracts). This role owns the sales strategy, pipeline, forecasting, and day-to-day execution of the sales team. The Director of Sales reports to the General Manager (GM) and works closely with Operations, Service, Warehouse/Procurement, MIS, and Finance to ensure a disciplined end-to-end sales process from lead generation through quote, order, and handoff to delivery and service. This role is both strategic and hands-on: setting direction, building the team, and actively managing pipeline, deals, and key accounts.
Field Service Technician
We're seeking a hands-on, motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing laboratory equipment at customer sites. While full training will be provided on our specific equipment, candidates must bring a strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and traveling to different locations. When not in the field, you’ll contribute to warehouse operations and support other company initiatives.
