The remanufactured Leica CM1850 UV Cryostat is ideal for Mohs, research and any biological application requiring rapid freezing of tissue samples. This cryostat has a roomy cryochamber for multiple specimens, and features two speeds for the motorized course feed which allows for fast approach of the specimen to the knife. The ultraviolet light (UV) quickly disinfects the cryo chamber and reduces the users to significant dangers from bacteria, spores, and viruses.
